Help Which operating system and browser do I need to view the TowerCam properly? The TowerCam supports a wide variety of operating systems. For best results, we recommend: - Windows OS with Internet Explorer 5.0 or higher I cannot see any video and the control applet asks for my user name and password.
I can see the current video and the user queue, but where can I get in line? There are no buttons in the control applet.
Fig. 1: Your current Java client cannot display the TowerCam controls properly. Fig. 2: Close all browser windows. Go to your Windows Start menu and open the Control Panel. Open the Java plug-in configuration and click on the "Browser" register. Uncheck "Internet Explorer" and save the changed settings. Start the Internet Explorer and go to the TowerCam website. If the video and control applets have disappeared completely now, you will have to install ONE of the two Java clients below, which can display the TowerCam controls properly. Microsoft Java Virtual Machine Sun Java Virtual Machine Version 1.3.1_02 Restart Internet Explorer after the installation. All TowerCam controls and buttons should be visible now. I am on the "Just Picture" page and the video suddenly disappears. There can be delays in the delivery of the live video to your computer. Press "Reload" in your browser to make the video re-appear.Do you have any other problems concerning the TowerCam? Send us an eMail at support@towercam.de and describe your problem.
